Marie is amazing, I honestly couldn't imagine not having her there on the day. She is extremely talented, great fun, and just generally radiates kindness. All the girls were obsessed with her and were so so happy with their hair. In hindsight, I can really say that one of my best decisions about our wedding was to have Marie stay for the longer part of the day. She was incredible to have by my side; she just felt so supportive (even emotionally!). Throughout the pictures, she was always there for touch-ups and just generally had my back in all instances. Marie re-did my hair ahead of dinner, and I appreciated having that time with her where she just let me have that break and take in the day so far, it was something that never occurred to me, would be so needed. I cannot recommend her enough, she really does just bring positive light & memories to such an important day.

Fortunately for me, i had the pleasure of working with you for just over 3 years due to covid. We had to move our date like so many others, on speaking to you there was always a sense of empathy for the situation but encouragement and excitement for new dates when made (3times). Not only on hand to offer advice on hair but always with suggestions of where to source other things needed for the special day. An air of excitement and happiness was always felt when in the salon regardless of what life was throwing at us, all met with dignity and smiling eyes. On the morning of our wedding Marie, you were not the lady doing our hair and making us fabulous, you were more like a friend. The extra attention to detail is difficult to put into words in a short space but a testimony to that of sheer professionalism only someone of your calibre could bring to that all important morning. . It really was one of the highlights of our day as with the rest of the bridal party. You did more on the day of our wedding than any of my bridesmaids and for that I am truly grateful. It was only a short time ago and still so evident in my mind that I feel and get the same emotions thinking back, happiness, a few tears of delighted and a fondness of the memories never to be forgotten. Perfection is something that you aim for and most certainly achieve. Your honesty with a sense of discretion is something that can be admired and learned by many. This is something learned through experience no doubt. Even though you work with so many brides it is refreshing to feel like you are the only one that matters. Every style you offer is always with the client in mind as to what will work and suit best for that Wow factor regardless of bride or bridal party. Even when shown examples of what people will like you have a quick fast approach to making it their own with subtle changes and suggestions you make to ensure it is unique. Thanks again from my mam, I and the bridal party for making it a unique experience to be thought of by all for many years to come.

It was such a pleasure having Marie as my hair stylist for our wedding in September! Right from the moment she arrived on the dot of 8am, she was so calm, pleasant and organised, she really made me and the rest of the girls (especially my mum) feel so at ease. It really felt like she provided us with VIP treatment. Not only did she make sure we were all ready on time for the ceremony, but it literally felt as though she was there for every single photo throughout the day, making sure not a hair was out of place! She even assisted with wrangling the rogue veil on a few occasions. I was so glad I asked her to stay until the evening too - changing to a different hairstyle felt so refreshing, and gave me a chance to take a breath and savour the day. Finally, attending for a hair trial was a real treat - she provided expert hair care advice, went through a variety of styles with me, and made me feel 100% certain with my final decision! I booked Marie for our wedding last December and I’m very thankful I did. She came highly recommended. She is so down to earth, chatty and made us all feel at ease the morning of the wedding. I went for a bridal trial with Marie prior to the wedding and she created a few different looks. Her expertise really showed. On the morning of the wedding, Marie created the most beautiful hairstyles, a lovely blow dry for my mum’s cropped hair, a half up-down style for my sister. She knew exactly how to style my maid of honours naturally curly hair. My own hair was flawless on the day. It was natural looking and styled to perfection. It didn’t budge once! Marie was a gem to have throughout the morning, fixing dresses for pictures and even pinning a treasured necklace to my flowers. Her attention to detail is impeccable. My family loved chatting to Marie throughout the morning. I received so many compliments on my hair, from guests at our wedding to those who couldn’t attend and saw pictures afterwards. I can’t thank Marie enough for everything she did for us on our special day. She really is a true professional.
