I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all
your work on the day. Eamonn and I are just about done with the final
selection for the photo album and I can honestly say, every time I see a
picture of myself, whether candid or posed, I don't think I have ever looked
better. Never did I imagine that after two sets of hair and makeup people

Jen Marie's creativity was just amazing. With a broad (and sometimes vague!) descriptions from myself and my bridal party, Marie made some suggestions to suit the style of our dresses and created some amazing individual masterpieces! From perfectly styling my mum's cropped hair to creating a beautiful Sarah Jessica Parker-esque boufant for my friend, Marie's fingertips are genius. When friends and family are looking through our wedding photos the most common compliment is always 'Your hair is amazing' - and this wasn't just from the ladies. If you're looking for someone that is going to be able to create an individual, beautiful style who is a true professional (No need for us to keep time, Marie was on the ball rotating through all 6 of us with rollers and upstyling and hair spraying) and great fun to have around - Marie is your lady!
Brema It is difficult to put across in writing just how talented and genuine a person Marie is. All I can say is that the best testimony I can give is to say that through out big day itself and beyond I had friends and family commenting on the hair of all the bridal party. From a personal point of view, Marie was a very calming influence on the morning. She is a lady in every since and gifted with hair. I cannot recommend Marie enough. You won't find better anywhere!!

It is difficult to thank this lady for the fantastic work she does. Marie is a true professional and is a master in her field. She made each and everyone of us feel at ease the morning of the wedding. She completely surpassed the brief I gave her and I was so delighted with my hair. It was simple and elegant just the way I wanted it. The bridesmaids were extremely delighted with their hair and received numerous compliments on the day. I cannot recommend this lady enough. Catriona I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie for the fantastic job she did for my wedding. You could not find a more professional and competent individual than Marie in my opinion. From the moment I met met Marie at the hair trial I was absolutely confident that she would do a great job on the day. As I was not wearing a veil having a great upstyle was important to me and Marie did a style that was truly elegant. I got so many compliments on the day about my hair and it looks great in the photos. In addition Marie created 3 fabulous upstyles for my bridesmaids and looked after the mums too who were all delighted with their hair. Marie is lovely to work with so experienced, calm and helpful that any big day nerves disappear. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marie for your wedding hair - she is the business! Marie was an absolute true gem!! I found Marie after much trawling through weddings online forums. She was great for keeping in touch during the lead up to the wedding, she did a hair trial for me and my mum and really listened to what we wanted and not give us a "standard" style. Marie arrived to my room at 8.10am full of smiles on the wedding morning and did hairstyles for me, my three bridesmaids, a friend, my mum and the flower girl and I have to say each style was amazing and really suited everyone. I was thrilled to bits with my hairstyle. Marie not only did our hair, she also whipped out her professional camera and took fab photos of us during the morning, my photographer did not come til 12.30pm so they were fab shots to have got. She fixed my zip which was jammed and also helped fit me into the dress (like the girls who know what they are doing in bridal shops). She has a lovely amicable personality and really added to the morning preparations. I would have absolute no hesitation in recommending Marie. My wedding was in Adare on 27th March 2010, so I assume she travels some distance to weddings. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
Anna-Marie I had Marie do the hair for my wedding in August 09 and I can very confidently and safely say that if I got married all over again I wouldn't have anyone but Marie do my hair. She was amazing! Everything from our very first phone call to the trial to the wedding day itself was carried out with professionalism, kindness and ease. Having had the trial the previous January I could not wait for the wedding day to come and for Marie to work her magic! My bridesmaids and I got so many compliments that day about our hair that we were all thrilled to bits. I could not recommend Marie highly enough, she arrived at my house in Limerick early that morning and didn't leave until just before we did, ensuring my veil was fitted properly etc. Having her there that morning added to the whole experience also as she's such a lovely person and so easy to work with. Everything about my experience with Marie was positive and I wish her well in the future.

I booked Marie for my wedding in October 09 as soon as we had picked our venue and date. I had heard so many good reviews i knew i wanted Marie to do my hair!
I was worried about how my hair would be on the day, as i didn't think it would be possible to get it to style the way i wanted. Marie really put my mind at ease at the trial - she assured me that anything was possible and gave great advice. Even in the run-up to the wedding she was always available to answer my emails and provide reassurance that the style i wanted would work!
On the morning of the wedding she was a pleasure to have around, she arrived on time and worked brilliantly with my make-up artist. The two girls had a lovely calming effect but were also great fun! it made the morning of the wedding so nice.
My hair was completely stunning on the day, exactly what i wanted but didn't think would be possible! The style totally complemented the vintage look of my dress and birdcage veil and it lasted perfectly all day and night, even after 4 hours dancing!

I actually felt better that a superstar on the red carpet in Hollywood,
and so to did my sisters the bridesmaids and my Mother. I have a cousin who
is a hair dresser and she was so amazed by your work she kept coming up
examining how you did each style. I had friends who are not married yet
taking pictures of the hair styles and asking for your details.

I had Marie do my hair at my home for my wedding day on 3rd January 2009. She created upstyles for myself, my 2 bridesmaids and my sister and she even fixed my mothers hair which had been blowdried the previous evening before she left home in Kilkenny. Thanks for that little 'extra' Marie, you're a lifesaver!
I have to say, from the moment I got in touch with Marie to book a trial months and months before my wedding, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so easy to contact, always getting back to me promptly. As soon as I walked into her house for the trial and met her face to face I felt completely at ease with her. She is one of those people that when you meet her you feel as if you've known her for a very long time. She is a true professional and also a really lovely, chatty person who you can have a good laugh with. This is really important on your wedding morning, believe me!
On the day, Marie arrived early and got to work straight away blowdrying our hair and setting it in rollers. She moved methodically through the group giving advice along the way and generally chit-chatting. It was a very relaxed morning with Marie coming to the house. I would highly recommend doing this if you can. Marie created stunning hairstyles for all of us. Really WOW. People were commenting on our hair all day long and even when I meet them now. Some of the men were telling me it was absolutely unreal at the wedding, seriously!
I was absolutely thrilled with the service Marie provided from start to finish and I wish her the very best for the years to come. I can say hand on heart, you honestly will not be disappointed if you book Marie for your wedding.

I recently got married in October 2008 and Marie was the hairdresser I choose. I can not speak highly enough about Marie. She did my hair, even put in extensions, my two bridesmaids and my mum's hair too. We all looked fab and were delighted with the results so much so that people were commenting on the hair as much as the dresses!! It was very relaxing having Marie come to the house and not have to worry about getting to a hairdresser in town. Marie is very professional, friendly and has loads of ideas and nothing is a problem for her even taking a few photos!! I would highly recommend Marie to make your day extra special.

All I can say is if you are lucky enough that Marie has availability on your wedding Date, book her without delay! From start to finish she is a true professional. Not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she will put you at your ease and ensure that the preparations are relaxed. I had my hair done at my venue along with my mom and 2 bridesmaids. I got married in November '08 and Marie did my hair and my four bridesmaids. I wanted a very natural style and I got exactly what I wanted. The bridesmaids had upstyles and they all loved there hair. Marie was fantastic the morning of the wedding, she came to the house and was a pleasure to have around the morning of my wedding. Everyone was commenting on our hair all day.
